About
We are not one thing. Neither is your week.
week.monster started as a frustration: a calendar full of meetings, and a writer, an athlete and an artist who never got a slot.
Why we exist
Modern people are multi-hyphenates. You run a startup and train for a race. You hold a job and build an audience. You're a parent and a painter. Traditional tools flatten all of that into one stream of tasks, and the switching between them quietly drains you.
week.monster flips the order. First you decide who you're being this week. Then you make room for each identity across the seven days. Tasks come after — and they finally have a home.
Our principles
Identity over tasks
A to-do list can't tell you who you're neglecting. Identities can.
The week is the unit
A day is too short to balance a life. A month is too abstract to act on.
Less, on purpose
Every feature has to reduce switching, not add another inbox.
Built in public
We share what we're making, what's working and what isn't.
